This machine has been designed for alcoholic frozen cocktails.
Traditionally slush machines have been used for this process however they are not designed for alcohol which has anti-freeze properties meaning that the slush machine has to work overtime to produce.
This means that they easily burn out and break, cant keep up with demand, and take 30min or so to pull down fresh product
